CHECK-IN, TRIP DEPARTURES & DURATION

Trip Departures

We’re riding 7 Days a Week! Our trip departure times are from 9.30am until 4pm.

Check-In

Your check in time at the Shotover Jet River Base is 30 minutes prior to departure. 

Jet Boat Ride Duration

Each jet boat ride is approximately 25 minutes.

 

Complimentary Shuttle

Our complimentary shuttle operates regularly throughout the day for a selection of jet boat departures.

Customers must check-in at our desk inside the Station Building in Queenstown 45 minutes prior to the trip time.

The Station Building is located on the Corner of Camp & Shotover Streets, Queenstown.
