• Retail Shop

Available in our retail area at the Shotover Jet river base is the unique Shotover Jet range of action wear and souvenirs.  This quality range of clothing and souvenirs is designed especially for Shotover Jet and makes a great take home memory of your time with the World’s most exciting Jet Boat ride, or as a gift for family and friends.  Our friendly retail staff can provide assistance to help you choose the right gift or souvenir of your visit to Shotover Jet.

• Cavell’s Café

Also available at the Shotover Jet river base is our onsite licensed café – Cavell’s.  For the perfect add-on to your Shotover Jet experience, visit Cavell's Café.  Cavell’s serves a range of snacks, light food, hot and cold drinks, beer and wine, and is a great place to relax after your trip.

Overlooking the Shotover River, you can watch our 'Big Red' Jet Boats speeding by whilst enjoying the stunning surrounds from our sunny garden terrace.

• Photography Service

Our specialist onsite Photographers will capture action photographs of your trip and these photos will be available immediately after your trip for no obligation viewing from our retail area.  Your photos are available to purchase in a ‘Catch the Canyons’ Photo Pack which includes a certificate, a still boat shot, an action boat shot, 2 action postcards (featuring you!), an interactive CD Rom containing information about Shotover Jet (our history, about our 'Big Red' Jet Boats, about the Shotover River, a short video, images of the area and the boats, and much more), and free internet e-cards of your photos. Purchase your ‘Catch the Canyons’ Photo Pack and you will also receive the digital masters of your photos downloadable online for free.

• Shuttle Service

Shotover Jet operates a complimentary shuttle service to and from Queenstown and our river base.  Transfers depart from ‘The Station’ Info Centre, corner Shotover and Camp Streets in downtown Queenstown, and our Shotover Jet river base up to every 15 minutes.  This service is free to all our Jet Boat customers, spectators are welcome to use the complimentary shuttle service on a space available basis; priority will be given to Jet Boating passengers.

You are welcome to drive to Shotover Jet yourself; there is plenty of public car parking available.

Please enjoy our surroundings and stay as long as you want at Shotover Jet before returning to Queenstown.
